The Line: -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
Estonian tennis superstar, Anett Kontaveit, has made it into the second round of the WTA Cincinnati Masters. The 22-year-old player will take on Maria Sakkari from Greece. Both players played really well in the first round and will feel that they can make it further in the tournament. This should ensure that get two players that are very determined and focused on winning this match.
Anett Kontaveit won her opening round match in straight sets. The victory showed the dominance of the Estonian as she didn’t give her opponent a chance of getting into the match. It has been a good few months for Anett Kontaveit as she has played some quality tennis against many top players. That being said, the results have not been as good as the Estonian would have liked and that is something that she will look to change in this tournament. The Cincinnati Masters is an event where Anett Kontaveit has not done very well in but after winning her first round match, the Estonian will feel that she can change her fortunes at this event. This will be a tough match for the 22-year-old but she will hope that she can be good enough to win.

On the other side of the court, Maria Sakkari also looked very good in her opening round win. The win showed that the Greek player was in good form and that is a huge benefit. The win was not against the strongest opposition and this match will be much tougher. It is not a given that Maria Sakkari will lose this match because she is very talented but it will be much tougher than her opening round victory.
While both players are quite evenly matched, I am going to have to side with Anett Kontaveit winning. The Estonian showed some incredible form in her opening round win and she looks like a player that has a great focus on this tournament. I think those traits will be enough for Anett Kontaveit to make it into the third round.
