Day 2 of the Ultimate Tennis Showdown has been turned into Day 1 due to rain delays on Saturday. This means that the Sunday matches are now everyone's first match and this has given us more matches tennis to be excited about. On Sunday, Matteo Berrettini meets Dustin Brown in what should be a powerful clash. Who will win, the young Italian, or the experienced German?

Dustin Brown just brings good vibes and excitement every time he steps on the court. Brown knows how to entertain the crowd and he has every shot in his arsenal. However, what Brown has lacked in the last few years is consistency in his game. This lack of consistency has led to Brown not being able to compete in the main tournaments as he fails to qualify most of the time. Brown, however, has nothing to lose here and therefore am sure will look more like his old self and put on a show.

Matteo Berrettini had an incredible 2019 season, reaching the US Open Semi-Final and booking his spot at the 2019 Nitto ATP Finals. Berrettini was the standout player last year who no one expected to impress the way he did. Berrettini showed us that he is strong both physically and mentally and that he is able to dominate opponents on the court. Berrettini has not had the opportunity to perform as he did in 2019 in the few months he had on the court earlier this year, however, I am sure he is excited to get back on the court and show us how hard he has been working. Berrettini is going to get even better in my opinion.

This will be the third meeting between both players, with both players splitting the H2H 1-1. Brown first beat Berrettini in 2014, and Berrettini got his revenge 2 years ago in Halle qualifying. Brown was much better than Berrettini in 2014, however, 6 years down the line, the story is completely different. Berrettini is world No.8 and very motivated to rise higher. In order to do this, Berrettini will want to get some victories under his belt here at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown before the main tour starts back up.

Matteo Berrettini to win.
