Its the battle of the young guns here at the Adria Tour as Alexander Zverev meets Andrey Rublev in what is going to be one of the most exciting matchups of the day. Will Zverev dominate Rublev as he has done in the past, or will Rublev finally get revenge against Zverev?

Alexander Zverev is just disappointing me right and left as of recent. Zverev is a top 10 player, having also been as high as world No.3 in the past. However, he just does not seem to have his serve under control. Zverev puts up double digits in double faults in every match, and these are exhibition matches! Players here should be playing freely and without nerves, and I just do not understand how Zverev cannot get his service motion under control. If this continues to happen, he will drop out of the top 10 very soon. Zverev has incredible groundstrokes and he is definitely one of the best players on the tour, but if his serve does not work, he has no chance of remaining a top 10 player.

Andrey Rublev is just too good at the moment. Rublev impressed on Saturday, winning against Marin Cilic and showing us all why you should not underestimate him. Rublev has already won 2 titles this year, making him stand at the top of the title leaderboards alongside the likes of Novak Djokovic and Gael Monfils. Rublev is powerful, precise, and has so much passion for the game. You can tell Andrey has been working extremely hard to maintain his form over the break and he will be looking to reach the final to play Novak Djokovic.

This is going to be the fifth meeting between these two players, and shockingly Zverev has never lost to Rublev. Zverev leads the head to head 4-0 and he beat him as recently as January at the Australian Open. Unfortunately for Zverev, I do not see history repeating itself. Zverev is not good, he is just not good on his serve at the moment and he will give up easy points. Rublev will be determined to show Zverev he is better than him and he will take every opportunity he will get.

Andrey Rublev to win.
