John Millman was not as dominating as he should have been against such a lesser experienced opponent, but he will still be happy with the fact that he got his match under his belt in 2 sets. John Millman will now have to raise his playing level even more if he wants to cause the upset against the Italian star, Lorenzo Sonego, who is never an easy fight, especially this year where he has been on top of his game even against the best in the game.

Lorenzo Sonego will need to bounce back after a shocking loss last week to Troicki at the Cinch Open. Lorenzo Sonego loves playing in clay and hard court conditions, but he will definitely need to adapt his playing style to grass. If he is able to improve his movement around the court and his height over the net, Lorenzo will definitely have a very strong campaign at Wimbledon and he might even cause some upsets, but he needs to gain the momentum here in Eastbourne to do that. However, he meets an experienced opponent in John Millman.
