Murray has been having a good run of form lately, and began here with a three set win over Tomas Etcheverry, again showing his fighting spirit to win in three sets. He was then given an easier path into the Third Round when Pablo Carreno Busta withdrew, with Radu Albot taking his spot. He was able to overwhelm Albot in straight sets, setting up a clash with Jack Draper. Murray has the experience and the game to compete with anyone on this surface, and with some much needed rest under his belt he will be liking his chances against compatriot Jack Draper.

Jack Draper is ranked 56th on the ATP Tour and like his countryman and opponent Andy Murray is unseeded here at the Indian Wells Masters. The young lefty has all the tools to succeed on this surface, with a booming serve and powerful groundstrokes. Those were on full display as he crushed fellow Brit Dan Evans, upsetting his more fancied opponent with some outstanding serving. If he can play like that against Andy Murray he will be in with a good chance for sure, and the stage is set for a huge battle here.

This match should come down to the wire, and it is between the experience of Murray, and the explosiveness of Draper. Both men have a very good chance to win here and I think it will come down to who wants it more, and who can hold their nerve in the tight moments. And there is no better player in those situations than Sir Andy Murray. Draper will throw everything at him and will likely win a set, but give me Murray to win yet another three setter and move onto the Round of 16 here at the Indian Wells Masters.
