Los Angeles Clippers vs Golden State Warriors Prediction 12-14-23 NBA Picks

The Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Clippers collide at the Crypto.com Arena on Thursday night. Here’s a Warriors vs Clippers prediction.

Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors have been struggling for a while now as they’ve lost 11 of their last 15 games overall and they will be hoping to snap a two-game skid after falling painfully short to the Suns in a 119-116 road loss on Tuesday. Stephen Curry led the team with 24 points, Brandin Podziemski added 20 points with 11 rebounds and five assists off the bench while Jonathan Kuminga chipped in with 16 points. As a team, the Warriors shot 44 percent from the field and 16 of 46 from the 3-point line as they fought through adversity and hung with the Suns until midway through the fourth quarter where the Suns used a crucial 10-0 run to pull away and escape in a close finish. To make matters worse, Draymond Green got ejected in this one and has been suspended indefinitely.

Los Angeles Clippers

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Clippers have been in red-hot form as they’ve won 10 of their last 13 games overall and they will be eager to build on their current five-game win streak after routing the Kings in a 119-99 win on Tuesday. Kawhi Leonard led the team with 31 points on 11 of 14 shooting, James Harden tallied 15 points with six rebounds and seven assists while Norman Powell chipped in with 15 points on five of 11 shooting off the bench. As a team, the Clippers shot 52 percent from the field and 11 of 29 from the 3-point line as they jumped all over the Kings from the start, pouring in 70 points in the first half, before they made a final push in the third quarter to push the lead out to 33 points, allowing them to rest their starters early.

Warriors vs Clippers prediction

The Warriors are still missing Gary Payton II and Draymond Green, while the Clippers are keeping eyes on Brandon Boston Jr and Paul George who are both questionable for this one. The Warriors have been one of the most disappointing teams in the league so far this season, they’re playing their first game without the suspended Green and now they’re up against a Clippers team who are playing some solid basketball at the moment. Sure, George could be missing for the Clippers, but the line is reasonable, so I’ll back the Clippers to get the job done at home.
