The Dallas Wings and Indiana Fever face off on Friday in a WNBA basketball showdown at the College Park Center. These two teams faced off one time earlier this season and it was the Wings that were able to come away with the 89-64 victory.

The Dallas WIngs come into this game with a 10-13 record overall which puts them in 5th place in the Western Conference. Even though the Wings have had all kinds of issues, they are coming off a win against the Chicago Sky. The offense was strong scoring 80 points and that led to the victory. On the season the Dallas Wings are averaging 83.8 points per game while their defense is giving up 83.1 points per game. Arike Ogunbowale has been the best player for Dallas averaging 18.8 points while shooting 38.5 percent from the field and 37.2 percent from behind the three point line.

On the other side of this matchup is the Indiana Fever who have a 4-18 record overall which puts them in last place in the WNBA. The Fever have had all kinds of issues this season but at times they have shown to be competitive. The Fever have lost the last two games by only nine points total. In the last game against the Phoenix Mercury the defense gave up 84 points and that led to the defeat. Indiana on the season is averaging 74.8 points per game while their defense is giving up 84.4 points per game. Kelsey Mitchell has been the best player for Indiana averaging 16.5 points while shooting 41 percent from the field and 30.7 percent from behind the three-point line.

The Wings are the much better team and they are going to have no issue getting the job done in this game. Look for the Fever to struggle to score in this game and that will lead to Dallas covering the spread.
