The Chicago Sky and Dallas Wings face off on Tuesday in a WNBA showdown at Wintrust Arena. When these two teams faced off on July 22nd, it was the Sky that were able to secure the 89-83.

The Sky come into this game with a 23-7 record overall, and they are coming off quite the victory in the last game. It took overtime against the Connecticut Sun, but the Sky were able to win 95-92. The Sky this season are averaging 86 points, while their defense is giving up 80 points per game. The offense is ranked second in the league, while their defense is ranked 4th. The Sky have had a few bad losses this season, but they really look like they can repeat this year. Kahleah Copper has been the top player for the Sky this season, averaging 15.3 points while shooting 46.7 percent from the field and 37.8 percent from behind the three-point line.

On the other side of this matchup is the Wings, who sit with a 13-16 record overall, but they are coming off a win in their last game. The defense locked down, giving up only 68 points to the Atlanta Dream, and that led to the 13-point victory. Dallas is averaging 81.9 points, while their defense is giving up 82.3 points per game. The offense is ranked 6th in the league, while their defense is ranked 6th in the league. Arike Ogunbowale is averaging 19.9 points while shooting 40.3 percent from the field and 35.1 percent from behind the three-point line.

The Wings are coming off a win, but don’t let that fool you, Chicago is a much better team here, and their offense is going to be the difference here. Chicago is averaging 86 points per game, and they are going to run up the score here. Dallas won’t have the offense to keep up, and Chicago will cover the spread. Back the Sky against the spread.
