Team Collier and Team Clark meet Saturday in the WNBA All-Star Game at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Here’s a Team Clark vs Team Collier Prediction. This article will include a Team Clark vs Team Collier Pick.

Team Collier Betting Preview

Team Collier will be coached by Cheryl Reeve, and has a starting five made up of Napheesa Collier, Breanna Stewart, Allisha Gray, Nneka Ogwumike, and Paige Bueckers. There’s a combined 26 all-star appearances in that starting five, as Bueckers is the only first timer of the group and the only starter overall making a first appearance. Team Collier has an experienced bench made up of players such as Skylar Diggins, Kelsey Plum, Kayla McBride, and Alyssa Thomas.

Angel Reese will not participate and has been replaced by Rhyne Howard. Courtney Williams is making her second all-star trip as she’s playing her best basketball in her 30s. Team Collier has endless decorated careers and experience on its roster, which includes the favorite to win the MVP. In terms of resumes, Team Collier is about as stacked as it can get.

Team Clark Betting Preview

Team Clark is coached by Sandy Brondello, and has a starting five made up of Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, Sabrina Ionescu, A’ja Wilson, and Satou Sabally. Unfortunately, Clark and Sabally will not play in this game due to injury. Team Clark will still be the crowd favorite with Boston on the team, and Wilson looks like she’s found her MVP caliber game as of late.

Team Clark’s bench is made up of a lot of first timers such as Gabby Williams, Sonia Citron, Kiki Iriafen, Kayla Thornton, and Brittney Sykes. That should create a competitive edge, as it’s a bunch of players eager to prove themselves on the big stage for the first time. A chance to prove they belong with the best of the best. Team Clark lost some of its steam due to injuries, but there’s still enough here to compete, and the crowd will be leading the charge.

Team Clark vs Team Collier Prediction

It’s an all-star game, and usually I lean toward the free points. It’s an exhibition where having fun and avoiding injuries are the main goals. Defense and playing hard for a win are optional. With that said, Team Clark are down two of their better players and the bulk of the remaining roster is on the big stage for the first time.

Team Collier is loaded with players who have been here done that and if they get rolling early this has the potential to get ugly. Again, I typically lean toward the points in an all-star game, but I’m going to lay the reasonable chalk with Team Collier.
