In the Wednesday game the Yankees were out-hit 11-9 and committed three errors in the loss. Gerrit Cole finished on 4.0 innings and two earned runs in the start.

NY Yankees vs Baltimore Orioles Prediction
I’ll try the Orioles here. Irvin hasn’t been doing to badly over his last three starts, even though he’s got a tepid 1-1 record in that time. Irvin has given up seven earned over a total of 17.2 innings over those three. As for Gil, he’s done pretty well also with four earned in 16.2 innings over his last three starts. We’ll have a good starter matchup here if both guys are pitching well.
On Wednesday the O’s had a couple of big innings in the victory. Ramon Urias homered and Ryan O’Hearn posted a pair of hits; both had two RBI. If Baltimore can keep it going at the plate another W could be in the cards.
