Texas Rangers Recap

The Texas Rangers come into this game looking for a bounce back showing after starting this series on the wrong foot with a blowout loss in Monday’s opener. The loss was another step in the wrong direction for a Rangers team that was already reeling after being swept by the Seattle Mariners this past weekend.

Rangers Can’t Find Footing At The Plate

Entering Monday’s action, Marcus Semien leads the Rangers with 75 hits along with 14 doubles, 11 home runs and 40 RBIs while Adolis Garcia has 13 home runs and 40 RBIs with 11 doubles as well as 6 stolen bases. Why the Texas Rangers will win

Texas Rangers vs NY Mets Prediction

I’m on the Mets here. I simply can’t back the Rangers in their current form. I know Texas will work it out eventually, and this is a Texas team I expect to be in the playoff hunt over the last month of the season, but the fact is the Rangers simply don’t have it right now offensively. The Mets are on another one of those rolls where it’s hard to go against them and the main issue for the longest time, which was the bullpen, has started to sort itself out and at a cheap price, I have to go with the Mets here.
