New York Knicks vs Boston Celtics Prediction 2-24-24 Picks

The Boston Celtics travel to Madison Square Garden to do battle with the New York Knicks on Saturday night. Here’s a Celtics vs Knicks Prediction.

Boston Celtics

The Boston Celtics have been in great shape as they’ve won nine of their last 10 games overall and they will be gunning for an eighth straight win after blowing past the Bulls in a 129-112 road win on Thursday. Derrick White led the team with 28 points and five assists, Jayson Tatum added 25 points with seven rebounds and five assists while Jaylen Brown chipped in with 21 points and five assists. As a team, the Celtics shot 54 percent from the field and a sizzling 23 of 47 from the 3-point line as they looked to be in a bit of trouble when they trailed going into halftime, before they poured in 70 points in the second half to make it look easy in the end.

New York Knicks

Meanwhile, the New York Knicks stumbled their way into the All-Star break with four losses in a row, but they will be feeling much better after taking down the shorthanded 76ers in a 110-96 road win on Thursday. Bojan Bogdanovic led the team with 22 points on eight of 13 shooting off the bench, Jalen Brunson added 21 points with 12 assists while Precious Achiuwa and Josh Hart scored 18 points each. As a team, the Knicks shot 48 percent from the field and 15 of 34 from the 3-point line as they jumped all over the 76ers from the start, exploding for 69 points in the first half to lead by as many as 26 points which was more than enough to hold off a late charge from the 76ers who made it interesting in the fourth quarter. The Knicks will take on the Pistons after this one.

Celtics vs Knicks Prediction

The Knicks are still missing a few players with Julius Randle, OG Anunoby and Duane Washington Jr all out, while the Celtics don’t have a single player listed on the injury report. The Knicks were good enough to snap their losing streak with a much-needed win on Thursday, but that was against a depleted and struggling 76ers squad, so I’m sticking with the red-hot Celtics to stay hot with another win and cover here.
