Sacramento Kings vs San Antonio Spurs Prediction 3-7-24 Picks

The San Antonio Spurs travel to the Golden 1 Center to take on the Sacramento Kings on Thursday night. Here’s a Spurs vs Kings Prediction.

San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs have been in poor form as they’ve lost six of their last eight games and they will be hoping to bounce back after having their two-game win streak halted by the Rockets in a 114-101 road loss on Tuesday. Devin Vassell led the team with 22 points, eight rebounds and three assists, Malaki Branham added 20 points off the bench while Keldon Johnson chipped in with 18 points. As a team, the Spurs shot 43 percent from the field and 12 of 36 from the 3-point line as they showed plenty of fight to lead for most of the contest, before they let it go to waste in the fourth quarter where they leaked 34 points to lose by double digits. The Spurs will play against the Warriors in a back-to-back set after this game.

Sacramento Kings

Meanwhile, the Sacramento Kings have been in pretty good shape as they’ve won five of their last eight games overall and they will be looking to keep it going after outlasting the Lakers in a 130-120 road win last night. De’Aaron Fox led the team with 44 points on 19 of 32 shooting, Malik Monk added 26 points with eight assists off the bench while Domantas Sabonis tallied up another triple-double of 16 points with 20 rebounds and 12 assists. As a team, the Kings shot 55 percent from the field and 12 of 31 from the 3-point line as they got off to a poor start and quickly found themselves trailing by 19 points, before they responded with 44 points in the second quarter to lead by as many as 22 points at one stage.

Spurs vs Kings Prediction

The Spurs will like be without Victor Wembenyama once again, while the Kings have all their key players healthy. The Spurs really don’t have much to play for at this stage of the season, they have been in terrible form and they will again be missing their big man, so I’m going with the Kings to continue to improve with another win after taking down the Lakers last night. The line is a bit hefty, but the Kings should have little trouble cover spread at home.
