The Line: Sacramento Kings -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Sacramento Kings hope to have DeMarcus Cousins back in uniform when they take on the Chicago Bulls tonight.
The Kings have lost nine of their last 10 and seven straight after falling narrowly to the shorthanded Spurs by 95-93 on Saturday. Isaiah Thomas had 26 points, Rudy Gay scored 23 and Derrick Williams added 14 for the Kings who fought hard to gain a seven-point lead heading into the fourth quarter, but failed to hold off the Spurs who executed better down the stretch. Gay had a shot to win the game at the buzzer but his miss sent the Kings to 15-32 overall and 0-7 since Cousins sprained his ankle.

Meanwhile, the Bulls have lost three of their last five and are coming off an 88-79 loss at New Orleans despite 23 points from DJ Augustin and 14 points and 16 rebounds from Joakim Noah. The problem was the Bulls' inability to contain All-Star snub Anthony Davis who stuffed the stat sheet with 24 points on 10 of 14 shooting to go with six blocks. In low-scoring games, you could confidently back the Bulls to grind out an ugly win, but they just weren't as focused in this game as they were in the surprising 96-86 win over the Spurs on Wednesday.
In ATS trends, the Bulls are 7-1 ATS in their last eight games following a loss and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 road games, while the Kings are 9-4-1 ATS in their last 14 games following a loss and 6-17 ATS in their last 23 home games against a team with a losing road record.
Head to head, the Bulls are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings in Sacramento and the Over is 4-1 in the last five meetings.
The news is that Cousins has said he will make his return tonight which is a major boost for the Kings and I think that's enough to get them over the line, especially playing at home tonight.
