Tigers vs Twins Prediction

Both of these teams come into this series struggling in recent games and both of the offenses need to be better. Detroit lost a three game series to Oakland last weekend, but they did bounce back with a series split with the Pirates. Minnesota snapped their four game losing streak with a win over the Dodgers on Wednesday, but they have scored three runs or fewer in five straight. Detroit is starting Tarik Skubal, who has allowed four earned runs over 12.1 innings against the A’s and White Sox. Minnesota is starting Pablo Lopez, who has allowed four earned runs over 12.2 innings against the Guardians and Royals. This should be a very good pitching matchup, but keep an eye on the weather, as it is supposed to rain all day. I don’t love either offense, but I am going to take the Tigers at home.
