The Sacramento Kings go for another big win tonight when they travel to the AT&T Center to take on the San Antonio Spurs.
The Kings have been in a slump for a while with just three wins in their last nine games but they are coming off their biggest win of the season after beating the Heat by 108-103 in overtime on Friday. DeMarcus Cousins led the way with 27 points and 17 rebounds, Rudy Gay added 26 and Isaiah Thomas had 22 points and 11 assists as the Kings overcame an early 17-point deficit to stun the Heat. With the win, Sacramento improve to 9-19 on the season and 6-11 at home.

Meanwhile, the Spurs were able to bounce back from a big loss against the Rockets with a nice 116-107 road win against the Mavericks. Tony Parker led the team with 23 points while Tim Duncan added 21 points and 13 rebounds, but the real x-factor for the Spurs was Danny Green who had a perfect night on Thursday, hitting all seven of his field goal attempts including five three pointers. San Antonio has now won four of their last six to improve to 23-7 overall and 13-3 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Kings are 8-17 ATS in their last 25 games following a win and 1-4 ATS in their last five road games, while the Spurs are 12-3 ATS in their last 15 games against a team with a losing record and 1-6 ATS in their last seven home games.
The Spurs have dominated the Kings in the past, winning all four meetings last season and the last six overall. I fully expect the Spurs to continue that winning trend but the Kings will be quietly confident about this game especially after their big win over the Heat, so I'm taking the visitors with the points here.
