Lazio can’t afford to drop any more points in Serie A, but given their current form, I just don’t see that being possible.

Roma has been outstanding so far this season, on both ends, but they need to keep that going for as long as possible. Roma has won 8 of their last 9 games, and they are now in solid 4^th place with 12 points. Offensively, Roma has been one of the best teams in Italy this season with 12 scored goals, while their defense has also been great with only 5 conceded goals. Pellegrini is now the leading goalscorer for Roma with 3 goals, but he is suspended because of the red card. Veretout has also added 3 goals. Roma was hosting Udinese in their last game, and they have had a decent game with 52% of ball possession, 2 shots on goal, 6 corner kicks, 2 big chances created, and 86% of the correct passes. Honestly, I expected more from Roma in this game, but the goal they scored in the 36^th minute was enough for a 1-0 win. Roma is a great team in my opinion, and I think they can seriously threaten the big 3 in Serie A, as long as they can keep playing this well.

This is one of the biggest derbies in Italy, there is no home-field advantage, and I think it will a great game. I will take the team in better form, and that is Roma.
