Indiana has been led by their defense which ranks 27th in scoring defense & 2nd in defensive FG% and have also been decent offensively, currently ranking 117th in scoring offense & 37th in FG%. Iowa has been led by their offense which ranks 4th in scoring offense & 31st in FG%, however, the Hawkeyes have struggled a bit defensively as they come into this matchup ranked just 244th in scoring defense & 205th in defensive FG%.
Iowa is an impressive 9-1 at home this season and has an offense that certainly can put up points in bunches, however, Indiana in my opinion is a top-25 team that has one of the better defenses in the country. Indiana has yet to pick up a win on the road this season, however, as I think the Hoosiers will be able to give the Iowa offense some trouble and that the Hoosiers should have no problem putting up points against the Hawkeyes defense, I’m taking Indiana and the points in this one. Good Luck!
