The Utah Jazz and the Dallas Mavericks duke it out at the American Airlines Center on Monday night.

The Utah Jazz have been in great shape as they’ve won 10 of their last 12 games overall and they will be looking to stay hot after taking down the Thunder in a 116-103 road win last night. Bojan Bogdanovic drained 11 3-pointers to lead the team with 35 points on 11 of 19 shooting, Donovan Mitchell added 24 points with 10 assists, Jordan Clarkson tallied 20 points off the bench while Rudy Gobert finished with 12 points and 17 rebounds. As a team, the Jazz shot 44 percent from the field and a sizzling 23 of 52 from the 3-point line as they dominated right from the start and poured in 61 points in the first half to lead by as many as 23 points, before taking their foot off the gas in the second half where the lead never dropped below eight points.

Meanwhile, the Dallas Mavericks have been in great shape as they’ve won 10 of their last 12 games overall and they will be looking to build on their current four-game win streak after sneaking past the Kings in a 114-113 win on Saturday. Spencer Dinwiddie led the team with 36 points and seven assists, Jalen Brunson added 23 points and six assists while Dorian Finney-Smith chipped in with 17 points. As a team, the Mavericks shot 47 percent from the field and 14 of 36 from the 3-point line as they struggled in the first half and trailed by as many as 19 points, but they hung in the contest before going on a pivotal 8-0 run with 2:37 left in the fourth quarter to escape with the unlikely victory.

Looking at the betting trends, the Jazz are 1-5 ATS in their last six road games, 8-20-1 ATS in their last 29 games against a team with a winning record and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall. The Mavericks are 5-2 ATS in their last seven home games, 5-0 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record and 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven games overall.

Head to head, the over is 6-2 in the last eight meetings in Dallas and the Jazz are 3-8-1 ATS in the last 12 meetings in Dallas.

The Jazz will again be without Mike Conley in this one, while the Mavericks have listed Jalen Brunson and Maxi Kleber as questionable, but Luka Doncic is expected to return in a major boost for the team. It’s hard to split these two teams at the moment, but the Jazz are 3-8-1 ATS in the last 12 meetings in Dallas and I’m starting to really like the combination of Doncic and Dinwiddie, so I’m taking the Mavericks in a close one at home.
