The Los Angeles Clippers travel to the United Center to take on the Chicago Bulls on Thursday night.

The Los Angeles Clippers have been in dreadful form as they’ve lost eight of their last 11 games overall, but they will be aiming to build some momentum in this one after snapping a five-game slide with a 121-115 home win over the Jazz on Tuesday. Paul George drained six 3-pointers to lead the team with 34 points and six assists on 10 of 20 shooting, Reggie Jackson added 21 points with five assists while Luke Kennard chipped in with 17 points on six of nine shooting off the bench. As a team, the Clippers shot 49 percent from the field and 15 of 36 from the 3-point line as they got off to a terrible start and managed just 14 points in the first quarter to fall behind by as many as 25 points early, but they kept their heads and hung around until the fourth quarter where they exploded for 39 points to escape with the impressive comeback victory.

Meanwhile, the Chicago Bulls have been in a rut as they’ve lost six of their last nine games overall, but they will be eager to stay hot after blowing past the Wizards in a 107-94 road win on Tuesday. DeMar DeRozan led the team with 32 points, seven rebounds and four assists, Nikola Vucevic added 27 points with five rebounds and four assists while Zach LaVine chipped in with 14 points. As a team, the Bulls shot 50 percent from the field and just six of 18 from the 3-point line as they went back and forth with the Wizards in a tight contest, until the fourth quarter where they went on a decisive 20-6 run to pull away and make it look easy in the end.

Looking at the betting trends, the Clippers are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a winning record, 1-5 ATS in their last six games as an underdog and 1-5 ATS in their last six games overall. The Bulls are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 home games, 1-4 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record and 4-12 ATS in their last 16 games overall.

Head to head, the over is 4-1 in the last five meetings overall and the Clippers are 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings overall and the Clippers are 11-4 ATS in the last 15 meetings in Chicago.

The Clippers were absolutely ice-cold before their impressive comeback win over the Jazz on Tuesday, but they must be feeling so much better with George back in the lineup and playing well. The Bulls will have to keep an eye on Zach LaVine who is listed as day to day and they too were in poor form before their easy win over the Wizards in their last outing. This should be a close one, but the Clippers would’ve taken so much confidence from their win over the Jazz and I think they can carry that momentum into this one.
