For our next NBA prop picks piece, we present you this inter-conference tilt, so make sure you don’t miss out on the Raptors vs Thunder Player Prop Bets. The Toronto Raptors look to avoid the seventh road loss in eight games, while the Oklahoma City Thunder search for the third straight victory.

Raptors vs Thunder Player Prop Bets – Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 6.5 Assists (-140)

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander leads the Thunder in several categories, such as points (31.3), assists (6.4), steals (2.3), and minutes per game (34.3) this season. He scored 30+ points in nine consecutive games, but the reason I am not backing him over 33.5 points here is that SGA managed to score 34+ in just two during that nine-game stretch.

Instead, I am going with assists because Gilgeous-Alexander registered 8+ dimes in four of the previous seven outings. Another reason for avoiding backing SGA on points is that the Raptors have the second-best defense against opposing point guards in the NBA.

Toronto allows 22.6 ppg to PGs, but the Raptors do allow 9.4 apg to point guards. Of course, SGA is a top offensive option on the Thunder, but he will definitely distribute the ball to the likes of Jalen Williams and Chet Holmgren. OKC averages 27.0 apg this season, while Toronto allows 27.8 apg this season.

Chet Holmgren Over 1.5 Threes Made (-130)

For the second pick in the Raptors vs Thunder Player Prop Bets, we have another Thunder. Chet Holmgren is Oklahoma’s third option on offense in his rookie season. He averages 16.7 ppg, 7.6 rpg (team-high), and 2.6 bpg (team-high) in 30.0 minutes per game. Holmgren is 38.5% from beyond the arc, which is excellent for a 7′ 1″ guy. The former No. 2 pick overall is making 1.6 threes per contest.

He dropped 2+ threes in four of the previous six games and combined for six triples in the last two showings. Toronto allows 23.2 ppg and 0.9 threes per game to the opposing centers, but considering that Holmgren is not a classic center, I believe he will be dangerous from the perimeter here.

The Raptors allow 12.9 threes per contest this year, while Oklahoma City averages 13.0 shots from downtown. Isaiah Joe and Lu Dort are the only ones on the Thunder with more threes per game made than Holmgren. The former Gonzaga big man will make a pair of threes tonight.
