Western Michigan Broncos Betting Preview
The Broncos opened up their season on a .500 run with losses to Ohio State and Marshall through their first four outings. Western Michigan would hit a winning streak over Ball State, Akron, Buffalo, and Kent State before two more losses to NIU and Bowling Green.
In the Bowling Green matchup last Tuesday, the Broncos gave up 14 points in both the second and third quarters on the way to a 31-13 loss. QB Hayden Wolff posted 195 yards and two picks. Jalen Buckley did most of the offensive work on 73 yards and two scores from 15 totes.

Over on the Chippewas’ side, they took out Central Connecticut, Ball State, and San Diego State as part of a 3-2 opening to the season. Central Michigan has since lost five straight to Ohio, Eastern Michigan, Miami-OH, Bowling Green, and Toledo, however.
In the Toledo game last week, the Chippewas gave up points in every quarter, including 20 in the second alone during a 37-10 loss. Jadyn Glasser posted 150 yards with two picks, and Marion Lukes carried 19 times for 80 yards and a score.

Central Michigan vs Western Michigan Prediction
I’ll stay with Western Michigan. This should be a promising matchup for the Broncos after their drubbing by Bowling Green. WMU put up 292 yards in that one with 4.2 yards per play, 19 first downs, two turnovers, and a rough 4-of-15 on third-down conversions. The defense gave up 226 rush yards and 7.2 yards per play on the other side.
As for Central Michigan, they had 236 total yards (150 passing), 16 first downs, and a whopping five turnovers in their latest loss to Toledo. The Chippewas have scored just 13 or fewer points in each of the last three games, so Western Michigan has a good opportunity for a valuable win/cover here.
