I’m backing the Mets in this one. I didn’t love what I saw from Pecko in his limited action to this point and I think that Thornton is the better option side-by-side in this matchup. The Astros haven’t been as sharp as they’ve been in years past against left-handed pitching and I think the Mets get to Pecko and back up Thornton to close out the series with a W. Give me the Mets.
