Bucks vs Cavaliers Prediction

The Cavaliers have ruled out Jaylon Tyson, and they are keeping an eye on Meleek Thomas, who is questionable with a foot injury, while the Bucks expect to have a full squad once again. The Cavaliers looked like they were starting to get on a roll before they fell just short to the Hawks in a tough loss on Thursday, while the Bucks are still struggling mightily and are coming into this one fresh off an ugly loss to the Rockets.

The Cavaliers are still far from their best as they’re not running through teams like we saw last season, but these are the types of matchups I expect them to dominate. Give me the Cavaliers to bounce back with an easy win and cover on the road.

Cleveland Cavaliers Betting Preview

The Cleveland Cavaliers were looking pretty good during their three-game win streak, but they are now looking to bounce back after falling painfully short to the Hawks in a 114-111 road defeat on Thursday. James Harden led the team with 24 points, five rebounds and four assists; Donovan Mitchell added 22 points, while Jarrett Allen chipped in with 14 points, eight rebounds and two blocks.

As a team, the Cavaliers shot 44 percent from the field and 13 of 42 from the 3-point line as they dominated the first quarter to take an early 15-point lead, but they scored just 16 points in the second quarter and were always playing from behind after leaking 43 points in the third quarter to trail by 11 points. Peyton Watson could get going all night as he scored just four points on one of eight shooting while Jaylon Tyson scored just three points on one of seven shooting.

Milwaukee Bucks Betting Preview

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks have struggled to get going so far as they’ve lost four of their first five games, and they will be hoping for a better effort after getting smashed by the Rockets in a 132-100 home defeat on Wednesday. Tyler Herro led the team with 23 points on nine of 13 shooting while Jaime Jaquez Jr. added 19 points, but no other player scored more than 10 points.

As a team, the Bucks shot just 40 percent from the field and 12 of 41 from the 3-point line, which was never going to be enough to hang with the Rockets, especially after the Bucks got outscored by 34-14 in the second quarter. Kel’el Ware finished with just six points on two of nine shooting off the bench, while Ryan Rollins shot just two of 14 from the field for his four points.
