The Boise State Broncos and Wyoming Cowboys square off Friday in week 11 Mountain West college football action from Albertsons Stadium in Boise, Idaho.

The Wyoming Cowboys will look to build on their 31-17 win over Colorado State in their last game. Levi Williams has thrown for 304 yards, 4 touchdowns and 3 interceptions on 48.1% passing while Xazavian Valladay has a team-high 760 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns and Titus Swan has 490 rushing yards and 3 scores. Isaiah Nayor leads Wyoming’s receivers with 26 grabs for 462 yards and 8 TDs while Ayden Eberhardt and the aforementioned Valladay each have 200+ receiving yards this season. Another three Wyoming receivers each have 100+ receiving yards as well this season. Chad Muma leads Wyoming’s defense with 89 total tackles and 3 interceptions while Solomon Byrd has a team-high 3.5 sacks and Cole Godbout has 3 sacks as well on the year.

The Boise State Broncos will look to build off of their 40-14 beatdown win over Fresno State last time out. Hank Bachmeier has thrown for 2,486 yards, 16 touchdowns and 5 interceptions on 64.2% passing while George Holani and Cyrus Habibi-Likio have a combined 563 rushing yards and 3 TDs this season. Khalil Shakir leads Boise State’s receiving group with 56 grabs for 844 yards and 5 touchdowns while Octavius Evans and Stefan Cobbs each have 350+ receiving yards and another four Broncos each have 100+ receiving yards on the year. On defense, JL Skinner has a team-high 68 total tackles while Tyreque Jones has a pair of interceptions and Scott Matlock has a team-high 7 sacks this season.

Wyoming is 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games overall and 0-4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games while the over is 4-0 in their last 4 games on turf. Boise State is 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games following a win while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games overall.

I get why you’d make Boise State the favorite at home as the Broncos just feel like a different team on the blue turf. However, Wyoming may have an ugly 0-3-1 ATS record on the road, but they’ve gone 2-2 in those games and in conference play, they’ve only had one loss by more than 11 points. Boise State had a massive win against Fresno State, but I think they could be in for a bit of a letdown here as they haven’t been able to follow up big wins all season long. Give me Wyoming and the points here.
