The Kansas Jayhawks meet the West Virginia Mountaineers on Saturday in week 13 Big 12 college football action from David Booth Memorial Stadium.

The West Virginia Mountaineers will look to build on their 31-23 win over Texas last time out. Jarret Doege has thrown for 2,738 yards, 16 touchdowns and 10 interceptions while Leddie Brown has a team-high 909 rushing yards and 12 rushing TDs. Winston Wright leads the Mountaineers with 643 receiving yards on 57 catches while Bryce Ford-Wheaton has 560 receiving yards and Sam James has 453 receiving yards. Isaiah Esdale and Sean Ryan each hav 300+ receiving yards as well this season. On defense, Josh Chandler-Semedo has a team-high 96 total tackles while Dante Stills has a team-high 6 sacks and Taijh Alston has 5 sacks as well.

The Kansas Jayhawks will look to bounce back from a 31-28 loss at the hands of TCU last time out. Jason Bean’s thrown for 1,252 yards, 6 touchdowns and 6 interceptions while also rushing for 402 yards. Devin Neal leads Kansas in rushing with 707 rushing yards and 8 touchdowns while Kwamie Lassiter II leads the Jayhawks in receiving with 52 catches for 608 receiving yards and 3 TDs. Trevor Wilson and Lawrence Arnold each have 300+ receiving yards as well this season. On defense, Kenny Logan Jr. leads Kansas with 96 total tackles while Kyron Johnson has a team-high 6.5 sacks this season.

West Virginia is under is 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games as a road favorite and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games against a team with a losing record while the under is 8-1 in their last 9 games in November. Kansas is 3-13 ATS in their last 16 home games and 7-19 ATS in their last 26 games overall while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 home games.

The Jayhawks have been better lately in terms of covering the number but the reality is that they were getting a ton of points in those games. The last three games that the Jayhawks were getting points in the teens, they’ve lost those games by an average of almost 25 PPG. West Virginia isn’t a dominant offense by any means, but the Mountaineers have been good at beating the teams they should be on their schedule so I’ll lay the points with WVU here.
