I get the case to be made for either side here, but on the surface, if you just told me to pick what I thought was the better offense between Memphis and Tulane, I’d have thought Memphis because the Tigers usually like to play fast and move up and down the field. However, Tulane is on part with Memphis offensively in most team stats, but the Green Wave have the far better defense and the matchup favors Tulane in a big way. I think Memphis will be fine and will get to a bowl game, but this Tulane team is really good. I’ll side with Tulane in this one.
