The Charleston Cougars and the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers meet in college basketball action from the HTC Center on Monday night.

The Charleston Cougars will be out to build on their double-digit win streak after a 65-60 win over Stetson last time out. The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers will be looking to build on an 87-86 win over South Dakota in their last game. I get the case to be made for the Cougars in this one as Charleston’s been battle tested and has shown up in a big way against some solid teams this season. However, this line’s a bit disrespectful to Coastal Carolina who is right near Charleston from a scoring per game standpoint and they’re not only the better defense, the Chanticleers are much better at the free throw line which is big in covering numbers as an underdog. I’ll take a shot with Coastal Carolina and the points here.
