LIU has just one win so far versus Mount St. Vincent. Otherwise the losses have come courtesy of Utah, Marquette, South Dakota, Northern Illinois, St. John’s, Towson, UMass Lowell, UConn and Albany.
In the Albany game on Wednesday, LIU was within one point going into the second half. The Sharks were outscored 44-28 from there and ended up losing 76-59. Marko Maletic led the team on 22 points.
Over on the James Madison side, they’ve lost to North Carolina, Valparaiso and Virginia this year. The victories have come versus Valley Forge, Hampton, Buffalo, Howard, Coastal Georgia, South Dakota State, Eastern Kentucky and Gallaudet.

PICK: I’m going to stay with James Madison. Probably not touching it due to the thick line, though. The Dukes rolled right past Gallaudet in their last outing and they’ve been playing pretty well so far this year. James Madison came within five points of a great Virginia team and they’ve hit 79 or more points in five of their last six outings. As for LIU, they’ve shown some flashes here and there this season but the results haven’t been good. The Sharks have given up 74 or more points in six straight games and should do the same in this one as well.
