The Howard Bison and the VCU Rams meet in college basketball action from the Stuart Siegel Center on Sunday.

Jelani Williams also has 9.2 PPG with 4 RPG and 2.6 APG as well this season. As a team, Howard is averaging 70 PPG on 43.5% shooting from the field, 32.7% from three and 71.4% from the foul line this season.
The VCU Rams will try to bounce back from a 73-62 loss to Jacksonville in their last game. Adrian Baldwin Jr. has a team-high 15 PPG and 6.2 APG to lead VCU in scoring and assists while Brandon Johns Jr. has 11.9 PPG with 5.9 RPG. Howard is 3-8 ATs in their last 11 games overall while the under is 5-1 in their last 6 games overall. VCU is 1-8-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall while the over is 4-0 in their last 4 games against a team with a winning percentage below .400.
I get the allure of a decent number of points against a VCU team known for their defense, but the problem is that Howard’s really struggled in their step up spots this season and I envision this game on the road being no different. VCU has won games with defense, but they’ve also done a good job at creating separation on the final score line to get themselves covers at the betting window so I’ll side with VCU for another convincing win here.
