The USC Trojans and the Washington Huskies meet in college basketball action from Alaska Airlines Arena on Friday night.
The USC Trojans will look to build on a 73-64 win over Colorado State last time out. Boogie Ellis leads the Trojans in scoring with 15.5 PPG along with 2.8 RPG and 2.5 APG while Drew Peterson has 13.6 PPG with team-highs of 7.2 RPG and 5.8 APG to lead the Trojans in rebounding and assists this season. Laying points on the road isn’t the easiest proposition to stomach, but the thing here is that the Trojans have started to play better as of late and while I’ve been critical of the Trojans for much of the season personally, there’s no denying that they’re headed in the right direction while I’m not sure what direction the Huskies have exactly. I think this game is USC’s to lose so give me the Trojans here.
