The Boise State Broncos and the Air Force Falcons meet in college basketball action from the Clune Arena on Wednesday night.

The Boise State Broncos will look to bounce back from a 77-74 OT loss to Colorado State last time out. Abu Kigab leads the Broncos in scoring with 13.9 PPG along with 6.3 RPG while Marcus Shaver Jr. has 12.9 PPG with 3.8 RPG. Emmanuel Akot has 11 PPG with a team-high 3 APG this season. Tyson Degenhart has 10.5 PPG to make up the scoring in double figures on average for Boise State while Mladen Armus leads Boise State on the glass with 8.2 RPG this season. As a team, Boise State is averaging 68.2 PPG on 43.3% shooting from the field, 33.6% from three and 63.4% from the foul line while allowing 59.9 PPG on 41.6% shooting from the field and 32.3% from three this season.

The Air Force Falcons will try to bounce back from a 76-64 loss to San Diego State last time out. A.J. Walker leads the Falcons in scoring with 15.5 PPG as the lone double-digit scorer for the Falcons so far this season while Jake Heidbreder has 9.6 PPG and Ethan Taylor has 9.6 PPG with a team-high 5.1 RPG to lead the Falcons on the glass this season. Taylor also has a team-high 3.6 APG to lead Air Force in assists while Joseph Octave has 7.5 PPG as well on the year. As a team, Air Force is averaging 59.4 PPG on 44.2% shooting from the field, 34.4% from three and 65.1% from the foul line while allowing 64.5 PPG on 45.2% shooting from the field and 31.1% from three this season.

Boise State is 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall and 9-1 ATS in their last 10 road games against a team with a winning home record while the over is 5-0 in their last 5 games overall. Air Force is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games against a team with a winning percentage above .600 and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 home games while the over is 5-2 in their last 7 games following a loss.

I get the case to be made either way here as Boise State’s the better team, but the Falcons are a dangerous team to give so many points to as their slow pace can make it hard to cover bigger numbers. With that said, I’m siding with the under here as I envision this is as a first to 60 wins kind of game if we even get that high. Give me the under here.
