Arizona State vs St. Thomas (MN) Prediction
I’m leaning toward St. Thomas here. I think Arizona State is the better and far more battle-tested team, but the thing is that Arizona State really struggled in their lone game as a favorite, scoring just 55 and winning by 7 against Idaho State. Maybe it was because it was opening night, but it feels like right now Arizona State’s a team that profiles better as an underdog and not one I’m overly comfortable laying big points with. St. Thomas can shoot and is one of the best 3-point shooting teams in the country that use the long ball to keep themselves in games. I’ll take a shot on the Tommies here.
