The Cal State Fullerton Titans and the Boise State Broncos meet Sunday in college basketball action from ExtraMile Arena. CSU Fullerton is currently 6-4 overall and riding a four-game win streak after taking out Sacramento State last weekend. As for 7-3 Boise State, they’ve won four straight as well, most recently versus Northwestern State. Let’s get into our CSU Fullerton vs. Boise State prediction. CSU Fullerton Titans 

Cal State Fullerton limped out of the gate at 2-4 overall this year. The losses in that time came versus San Diego State, UCF, Cornell and Nebraska. The Titans would recover with wins over North Dakota, Stanton and Pepperdine in the next trio. In the win over the Waves, CSU Fullerton put up just 14.3 percent from 3-point range for a 60-55 finish. 

CSU Fullerton was able to keep it rolling with another win over Sacramento State in their latest outing. The Titans jumped out to a 41-27 halftime lead and held on in the second for a 62-60 win despite getting outscored 33-21 the rest of the way. Leading scorer DJ Brewton finished with 23 points and five rebounds. 

Boise State Broncos 

Over on the Boise State side, they also started a little shaky. The Broncos went .500 through their first six games this year, taking losses to Clemson, Virginia Tech and Butler along the way. Boise State would then beat Saint Mary’s, North Texas and Western Oregon before Tuesday’s victory versus Northwestern State. 

In the matchup versus the Demons, the Broncos scored 45 points in the first half and 50 more in the second for a blowout result 95-54. Four starters finished in double-figures, including Tyson Degenhart’s 20 points, seven rebounds and two assists. Chibuzo Agbo added 17 points with five rebounds in the win. 

ANDREW’S FREE CSU FULLERTON VS BOISE STATE PREDICTION 

I’ll probably take a stab on Boise State. The Broncos are coming off a pretty easy win over a struggling Northwestern State team, notching 59.7 percent shooting from the field and a dominant 44-23 rebounding edge. That makes a whopping 204 points combined over the last two games for the Broncos, but they likely won’t reach those lofty heights on Sunday. 

As for CSU Fullerton, they had a little trouble with Sac State in their last game but everything worked out well. The Titans have been at 64 points or fewer in three of the last four games, so they’ll want to keep the pace slower here. I don’t think CSUF will quite bang out the cover, though.
