The Ohio Bobcats and the Buffalo Bulls meet Tuesday in college basketball action from UB Alumni Arena. Ohio is 8-5 overall this year. The Bobcats beat Chicago State in their last game. As for Buffalo, they’re 6-7 on the year and fresh off a loss to Michigan State. Check back all season long for free college basketball picks at Sports Chat Place.

Ohio was 4-4 after eight games this year, losing to Belmont, Detroit, Michigan and Marshall. The Bobcats are 4-1 since then with wins over Youngstown State, Stetson, Delaware and Chicago State.

On Friday versus Chicago State, the Bobcats were up 42-23 at the break. Ohio kept the pace in the second half and won it 76-59. Both AJ Clayton and AJ Brown posted 13 points, and Dwight Wilson doubled on 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Over on the Buffalo side, they were 4-4 after eight games as well with losses to James Madison, UConn, Drake and Howard. The Bulls are 2-3 in their last five with losses to Tulane, West Virginia and Michigan State.

Matched up against Michigan State on Friday, the Bulls trailed 41-30 going into the second half. Buffalo was outscored 48-38 from there and lost 89-68. Isaiah Adams topped the team on 15 points with six rebounds.

PICK: I’ll probably stick with Ohio here. Also probably not touching it, though. The Bobcats are rolling along pretty well on a three-game winning streak right now. Ohio has scored 76 or more points in all three of those games. As for Buffalo, they’ve hit 68 or more points in three straight games, going just 1-2 in that stretch. I like this one to be a pretty high-scoring matchup if both teams are on, with Ohio powering out a cover/win.
