Cal Team Preview

The Cal Golden Bears come into this one looking to build on back-to-back wins after an 81-73 win over Oregon State last time out. Jaylon Tyson leads the Golden Bears in scoring and assists with 19.8 PPG and 3.4 APG in addition to 7 RPG while Fardaws Aimaq has 14.9 PPG with a team-high 11.2 RPG to lead Cal on the glass this season, averaging a double-double per game. Oregon vs. Cal Prediction

I’m on Oregon in this one. The Ducks in my time have always been the team that hits the transfer portal hard and disappoint, but this year’s Ducks, now that they’re getting healthy, feel like they can make a push for an at-large bid in the NCAA tournament but if they’re going to, the Ducks can ill afford a slip up in a spot like this. Mark Madsen’s done a heck of a job in year one in Berkeley, but I think Oregon comes in and snags the road win here.
