Tulane Has Great Chance to Pick Up Big Win

Tulane only has one loss this season and that came in the last game against the Bradley Braves. The offense scored 77 points, but the defense gave up 80 points and they ended up losing by three points. Jaylen Forbes did have a strong game putting up 17 points. There were four different players that put up at least 10 points. Tulane on the season is averaging 87 points while their defense is giving up 72.3 points per game. The offense is going to need to jump out to a fast start here and really put the pressure on the Cal defense.

How Does Cal Bounce Back?

It has been a bad season for California and they are coming off an awful loss. Cal scored 72 points against UTEP and that wasn’t enough as they were defeated by three points. At halftime, they were down 40-35 and they never bounced back. On the season California is averaging 73 points while their defense is giving up 70.8 points per game. The offense is ranked 220th while the defense is ranked 194th. Jaylon Tyson is the best player for Cal averaging 20 points while shooting 45.5 percent from the field and 20 percent from behind the three point line.

Tulane knows the opportunity they have in this game, and they are going to take advantage of it. Tulane is averaging 87 points per game and they are going to have no issue running up the score here. Cal is averaging 73 points per game but that isn’t going to be enough to keep up. Tulane is going to get close to that 87 point mark and that will be enough for the Green Wave to win by at least eight points. Back Tulane against  the spread.
