The North Carolina A&T Aggies and the Campbell Camels meet in college basketball action from the John W. Pope Jr. Convocation Center on Saturday afternoon.

The North Carolina A&T Aggies will look to bounce back from a 93-82 loss to Hampton in their last game. Marcus Watson leads the Aggies in scoring and rebounding with 12.1 PPG and 5.8 RPG while Demetric Horton has 11.1 PPG with 5.1 RPG as the only other double-digit scorer for North Carolina up to this point in the season. David Beatty has 8.3 PPG and Kameron Langley has a team-high 4.7 APG to lead the Aggies in the assist department. As a team, North Carolina A&T is averaging 68.5 PPG on 42.3% shooting from the field, 31.5% from three and 65.7% from the foul line while allowing 70.2 PPG on 43.3% shooting from the field and 35.6% from three this season.

The Campbell Camels will hope to find some consistency after alternating wins and losses in each of their last six games after a 71-67 loss to Radford last time out. Cedric Henderson Jr. leads the Camels in scoring with 13.3 PPG along with 5.5 RPG while Jordan Whitfield has 11.6 PPG and Ricky Clemons has 10 PPG with 5.2 RPG to cap off the trio of double-digit scorers for Campbell so far this season. Jesus Carralero has 9.9 PPG with 5.3 RPG and a team-high 3.9 APG to lead the Camels in assists as well this season. As a team, Campbell is averaging 66.9 PPG on 47.4% shooting from the field, 32.9% from three and 67.2% from the foul line while allowing 61.7 PPG on 42.8% shooting from the field and 34.1% from three this season.

North Carolina A&T is 8-3-1 ATS in their last 12 games following a loss while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 games overall. Campbell is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a loss and 10-1-1 ATS in their last 12 Saturday games while the over is 5-1 in their last 6 Saturday games.

I get the case to be made either way in this one, but I think defense is going to be the name of the game in this one. Campbell has a scoring defense just outside the top-20 in the country but the Camels also struggle offensively at times and I think this is one of those games that could be the first to 65 wins. Give me the under here.
