The Colgate Raiders won their 3rd straight game and improved to 7-10 on the season after defeating the Bucknell Bison, 75-56, this past Wednesday night. Colgate led by just a 33-29 margin at halftime, however, was outstanding on both ends of the court in the 2nd half and had no trouble pulling away for the victory after taking a 71-51 lead with 4:27 left in regulation. Loyola (MD) comes into this game ranked t-238th in scoring offense, 114th in FG%, & 114th in scoring defense. Colgate has bee led by their offense which ranks 106th in scoring offense, 12th in three-pointers made per game, & 15th in 3P-FG%, however, the Raiders have struggled a bit defensively as the Raiders rank just 219th in scoring defense & 214th in defensive FG%.

Colgate is a dangerous offensive team, however, the Raiders have struggled on the defensive end, and this is a large number for a Raiders team that struggled for 30 minutes against Bucknell to cover. Loyola (MD) has picked up some solid road wins recently at Boston University & Lehigh and although it’s going to be hard for the Greyhounds to pick up a win here, I think they do enough to get us a cover. Good Luck!
