The North Carolina Tar Heels and Duke Blue Devils clash in a college basketball Final Four matchup in NCAA action from the Caesars Superdome on Saturday night.

The Duke Blue Devils will enter the Final Four after picking up a 78-69 win over Arkansas last time out. AJ Griffin led Duke in scoring with 18 points on 7 of 9 shooting while Paolo Banchero had 16 points with 7 rebounds and Wendell Moore Jr. had 14 points on 5 of 10 shooting. Mark Williams added 12 points to match his team-high 12 rebounds for the double-double to cap off the scoring in double figures for Duke in the victory.

The North Carolina Tar Heels come into the final four off of their 69-49 win over Saint Peter’s last time out. Armando Bacot led the Tar Heels with a monstrous double-double, posting 20 points and 22 rebounds, while Brady Manek had 19 points on 7 of 11 shooting with 4 threes and 8 rebounds and Caleb Love had 14 points with 4 assists to cap off the trio of double-digit scorers for UNC in the win. Leaky Black also dished out a team-high 5 assists as well in the win.

Duke is 3-7 ATS in their last 10 NCAA tournament games and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games against a team with a winning percentage above .600 while the over is 8-2 in their last 10 games overall. North Carolina is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games overall and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 neutral site games while the over is 6-0 in their last 6 games against a team with a winning record.

I get the case to be made either way here, as the two sides split the two meetings both SU and ATS. However, one thing both games had in common and that both have had a history of, is high-scoring affairs. The over has hit in six straight meetings, going over the total by double-digits in four of six and with a 5th missing double digits by a half point. I think we have another track meet here so give me the over.
