The South Carolina Upstate Spartans and the Florida State Seminoles meet in college basketball action from the Donald L. Tucker Center on Tuesday night.

The South Carolina Upstate Spartans will look to build on their three-game win streak after an 89-84 OT loss to South Carolina State last time out. I get the case to be made for either side in this game, but I’m looking at the under here. Florida State is the much more battle-tested team here, but this is a tough number to feel good about laying with a Florida State team that hasn’t been very good at covering the number this season, even against USC Upstate. I also don’t trust the Spartans to do a whole lot here, as they’ve struggled to score when taking the step up in class to power conference teams this season. Give me the under.
