The Bonnies are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games, however, are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. George Mason. The Patriots are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games, however, are 7-13 ATS in their last 20 January games.
St. Bonaventure has been led by their defense which ranks 131st in scoring defense, 105th in defensive FG%, & 15th in blocks per game, however, the offense has struggled at times and currently ranks just 210th in scoring offense & 179th in FG%. George Mason has been solid on both ends of the court as the Patriots rank 83rd in FG%, 47th in three-pointers made per game, 101st in scoring defense, & 100th in rebound margin.
St. Bonaventure is a solid team, however, the Bonnies have been overall disappointing this season and despite their recent win on the road against Duquesne, this is the same Bonnies team that recently loss by 18 points at Dayton and needed OT to beat La Salle. George Mason is 7-1 at home and as I think their Patriots defense gives St. Bonaventure some trouble, I’m taking George Mason and the points in this one. Good Luck!
