The Holy Cross Crusaders will look to bounce back from a 60-54 loss to American last time out. Gerrale Gates leads the Crusaders in scoring and rebounding with 15.6 PPG along with 8.2 RPG while Kyrell Luc has 13.4 PPG with a team-high 2.1 APG to make up the duo of double-digit scorers for Holy Cross so far this season. Judson Martindale also has 8.6 PPG with 3.5 RPG for the Crusaders this season. Boston U is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games against a team with a losing record while the over is 7-0 in their last 7 games overall. Holy Cross is 14-31 ATS in their last 45 home games and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games overall while the under is 3-0-1 in their last 4 games following a loss.
I get the case to be made either way in this one, but I think my stronger play is going to be towards the over in this one. I lean towards Boston U with how good the Terriers have been ATS on the road, but the issue I have is that this is a lot of points. The reason I like the over is that both teams can score, Boston’s been scoring well into the 70s as of late and Holy Cross can hang if need be. Either way I see this one getting into the 140s, so give me the over in this one.
