I’m staying with McNeese State. The Cowboys dispatched a decent Texas A&M-CC team in their last outing, hitting 44.2 percent from the field with 44 rebounds and 12 steals. It was a sloppy game overall though, with 36 combined turnovers (19 from the Cowboys). Still, McNeese has now scored 74 or more points in five straight games for a nice offensive run.

As for Houston Christian, they’re coming off a much-needed win over Incarnate Word. The Huskies haven’t been scoring all that well lately though, with fewer than 59 points in two of the last four. I don’t think they’ll have the gas to keep up with the Cowboys here.
