The Terrapins are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games & 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games vs. Big Ten opponents. The Hawkeyes are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games and 8-3-1 ATS in their last 12 Monday home games.

Maryland has been led by their defense which ranks 111th in scoring defense & 69th in defensive FG%, however, the Terrapins have struggled a bit on the offensive end as they come into this game ranked just 219th in scoring offense & 263rd in FG%. Iowa has been led by their offense which ranks 2nd in scoring offense & 38th in FG%, however, this is a team that has given up some points as they currently rank just 218th in scoring defense.

Maryland is a decent team, however, outside of their win against Florida, the Terrapins have struggled against the better competition that they have faced as they come in with losses against Louisville, Virginia Tech, & Northwestern. Iowa has one of the most explosive offenses in College Basketball and between the fact that they are 8-1 at home and that I just don’t see the Maryland offense keeping up with them, I think Iowa wins this one by 10+ and covers this large home spread. Good Luck!
