Kansas City is 12-5-1 ATS in their last 18 road games and 11-5-1 ATS in their last 17 games as a road underdog while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 Friday games. Iowa is 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall and 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 games as a home favorite while the over is 5-1 in their last 6 home games.
I can understand the case for both sides as Iowa’s the better team, but are they this many points better than even Kansas City? I’m not sure, but one thing I do know is that this total feels low. Kansas City is capable of scoring well into the 70s and we’ve seen the Hawkeyes go into the 80s as well, especially at home and these Big Ten teams love to pile on against lesser opponents. I’ll side with the over in this one.
