The Army Black Knights won their 2nd straight game and improved to 12-8 on the season after defeating the Nave Midshipmen, 74-73 (OT), this past Saturday. Army used an incredible 2nd half comeback to force OT after being down by a 40-18 margin at halftime and was able to pull of the come from behind victory after Jalen Rucker hit a game-winning layup for the Black Knights with :29 seconds left in OT. Army shot 42.9% from the field & 50.0% from beyond the arc while allowing Navy to shoot 59.3% from the field & 21.4% from beyond the arc. Leading the way for the Black Knights was Chris Mann who had 20 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, & 1 steal.

On the season, Army is averaging 71.7 ppg on 44.1% shooting from the field. The Black Knights are averaging 7.0 three-pointers per game on 32.9% shooting from beyond the arc. Defensively, Army is allowing their opponents to average 69.7 ppg on 43.7% shooting from the field. The Black Knights have a rebound margin of 2.5 and a turnover margin of 0.8.

The Lehigh Mountain Hawks dropped to 7-13 on the season after being defeated by the Boston University Terriers, 80-74, this past Saturday. Lehigh struggled with turnovers against Boston University and could not fight back after the Terriers took a 65-54 lead with 7:51 left in regulation. Offensively, Lehigh has been led by Evan Taylor (14.3 ppg, 6.1 rpg, 1.3 apg, 1.0 spg), Jeameril Wilson (11.4 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 1.9 apg), Keith Higgins Jr. (8.9 ppg, 2.8 rpg, 2.3 apg), & Marques Wilson (8.8 ppg, 2.8 rpg, 1.5 apg).

The Black Knights are 6-4 ATS in their last 10 games, however, just 2-4 ATS in their last 6 road games. The Mountain Hawks are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 Wednesday games & 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall.

Army comes into this game ranked 180th in scoring offense, 184th in FG%, & 198th in scoring defense. Lehigh has struggled a bit on both ends of the court this season and come into this game ranked just 290th in scoring offense, 248th in scoring defense, & 185th in defensive FG%.

Army is coming off an incredible win against Navy, however, this is still a team that is just 3-7 on the road this season and overall has struggled putting up points on the road as in their last previous two road games before their win at Navy, the Black Knights put up only a combined 111 points at Lafayette & Colgate. Lehigh has won 4 of their last 7 games which includes an impressive 85-81 win over Colgate and as I think the Mountain Hawks will be able to pick up a win here, I’m taking Lehigh and the points. Good Luck!
