Alabama A&M won their opener this year, then took losses to Jacksonville State, Cincinnati, UAB, Western KY, North Alabama, Samford, Troy, Indiana State and Lipscomb. Monday stopped the bleeding with a win over AR-Pine Bluff.

PICK: I’m going with Alabama A&M, but staying away. There are a lot of different things that could potentially happen here. That said, Alabama A&M is coming off a decent effort in a much-needed win. The Bulldogs really haven’t scored all that well this year at all, though.
MS Valley State has hit 73 or more points in four of their last five games, so this one could very well be a higher-scoring matchup. The outcome is pretty much a dice-roll play though; I’m not going near it.
