The Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers won their 2nd straight game and improved to 7-10 on the season after defeating the Sacred Heart Pioneers, 98-59, this past Friday. Defensively, Mount St. Mary’s is allowing their opponents to average 70.1 ppg on 45.0% shooting from the field.

The Blue Devils are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games vs. a team with a losing straight up record & 5-1 ATS in their last 6 Sunday games. The Mountaineers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games & 5-0 ATS in their last 5 Sunday games.

Central Connecticut has lost 9 of their last 11 games and this is just a team that has really struggled on both ends of the court. Mount St. Mary’s has a losing record, however, this is a team that played a tough schedule to start the season and as I like what I’ve seen from the Mountaineers at home this season, I think they do enough to cover this large spread. Good Luck!
