The Kent State Golden Flashes and the New Mexico State Aggies meet in college basketball action from the Don Haskins Center on Wednesday night.

The Kent State Golden Flashes will look to build on a 106-56 win over subdivision Concord College in their last game. As a team, New Mexico State is averaging 79.6 PPG on 45.8% shooting from the field, 35.8% from three and 68.7% from the foul line this season.

This is going to be an awesome game between two teams that have been flying under the radar but teams that we may have to watch out for come tournament time. That being said, these two teams are on a similar level on offense, but on the defensive end of the floor, the Golden Flashes hold a sizeable advantage and I just think those extra stops will end up being the difference in this one. I’ll side with Kent State laying the points in this game.
